History

Ravi Thread Works is Family owned business started with couple of machines back in 1970s. With the passage of time we become stronger and bigger.

1970 to 1990: We produce small cotton thread spool use by tailors for sewing; develop our footprints in all major markets in Pakistan.

1990 – 2005: This is industrialization age in Pakistan, Textile and Garments sector revive, with ever changing requirements we develops our customers from consumer market to industries.

2006 – 2015: As a strategy of vertical integration we focus on development of new products and standardized our Raw material not only from Pakistan but also from outside which helps us to provide consistent product for our customers for years and years. This policy helps us to provide better product at the same economy to our customers and put ahead us from our competitors.

2015 – 2021: As per the dynamics of market and based on our resources we also start supplying sewing Thread Yarn to our competitors as well. In this way all our competitors are also our customers, As per the credit dynamics of market we provide standardize yarn to most of sewing thread manufacturer in every major city of Pakistan. It’s not only Yarn we also assist them for better practices, new machines and many other things to grow them bigger in their market.

2021 – 2025: We care continuously changes our machines and process to cope with the current requirements of the market, in terms of energy conversation, I feel very pleasure to write that we are the first sewing thread manufacturer in Pakistan which runs on renewable energy. We also have a Water treatment plant to clean water before discharge into sewerage lines.
